Included: Recommended personality tests (e.g. Gallup CliftonStrengths, Hogan, and Prophet et al.) and/or potential and competency assessments (miscellaneous Korn Ferry tools), a coaching plan, self-reflection, and study materials
Estimated Timeline: 2-3 months
